We are more than just another builder.

Plantation Builders & Realty, Inc. is a family owned and operated company based out of Knightdale, North Carolina. Incorporated in 2000, it has grown from a home-based general contracting business to building over in over 12 neighborhoods with homes ranging in price from $140,000 to over $500,000. We currently have four employees working together to build over 30 houses a year. While we are grateful for our growth, we never want to lose focus on the end product of our labor; the homeowner’s happiness. Our mission is to meet the desire for quality, custom homes across Eastern Wake County and throughout the Raleigh area for experienced and new homeowners alike. In order to accomplish this we blend current home building trends with timeless craftsmanship by working along side some of the most conscientious contractors, tradesmen and vendors in the industry. As we grow with our community, we are privileged to be a part of families realizing their dreams and desires.

While our focus is custom homes, we offer many affordable products in various neighborhoods. Plantation Builders works with a variety of skilled tradesmen, in order to offer homeowners many options with peace of mind. Regardless of the size, it is our goal to build quality homes for our clients that are tailored to all of their needs and desires.

 


Brett DoyleBrett Doyle
President

Brett is a native of Knightdale, North Carolina and a graduate of East Wake High School and North Carolina State University (B.S. in Business Management). Brett has been involved in the real estate market since the 1990’s and has been president of Plantation Builders since 2000. It is his drive for excellence and his unique eye for detail that make him an asset to the Plantation Builders team.

 

Laura DoyleLaura Doyle
Vice President

Laura grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina and is a graduate of Myers Park High School and North Carolina State University (B.S. in Business Management). She and Brett live in Wendell and have two sons. As Vice President/Treasurer, Laura is responsible for office management, accounting and finance.
